Hello-

We have now officially entered Fall according to the calendar! Hopefully cooler weather ahead!

🍂 Kangaroo Kids Pick-a-Date Fundraiser! 🍂

We are excited to kick off our Kangaroo Kids Pick-a-Date Fundraiser for the month of October! This is a fun and easy way to support our Kangaroo Kids program.

Here’s how it works:

Choose any available date(s) on the October calendar.

The amount collected corresponds to the date you choose. For example, October 5 = $5, October 20 = $20, etc.

The family/jumper is responsible for collecting all of the money from their supporters.

At the conclusion of the fundraiser, families will turn in the money they collected to Kangaroo Kids via cash or Zeffy

On November 1, Kangaroo Kids will choose a number and everyone who has that date on each person's calendar will win $50!! (assuming each family has sold at least $100 ) 🎉

You will need to submit a picture of the calendar to Megan Davis (vicepresident@kangarookids.org) and send in the calendar to Kangaroo Kids by 10/28.

The more dates you sell, the more you can raise to support Kangaroo Kids!

TIP OF THE WEEK:

Did you know that carpooling other jumpers to shows counts as service hours? But how will you get together to carpool you might ask?

Well on the sign up genius, there are usually designated spots to put information on, so people can text you or email you.

There will also be a working document called

CARPOOL:

You can put as little or as much information on this, to “meet” others on the team and find out where they live and work to carpool with them.

Reminder: if you remove your jumpers name 48 hrs before a show, after you get that sign up genius reminder. YOU NEED TO ALSO TELL A COACH. The sign up genius does NOT tell the coach you removed their name.

Another tip: if you log into your sign up genius. You can see every show that you are invited to/eligible to sign up for.
